We expect many requests being sent in and will be unable to accept them all. To increase your odds of acceptance, fill this form out accurately, keep your schedule open, and contact us if there are any questions pertaining to the form. The contact e-mail is MAGFest Panels <panels@magfest.org>.

Panel requests are due by 8:00pm EDT on Monday, Jul 31, but this form will close once we have received a certain number of applicants beyond the time slots we have available.

We will send acceptance e-mails out by August 2017.

Additional Information

Please list all times during the event when you will be UNAVAILABLE to hold your panel.
If we book you into a time slot, that is very difficult to change, so please be thorough.

Check the following technical needs that apply. Panel rooms will by default have VGA compatible projector with 3.5mm (1/8") audio, and a local PA with enough microphones setup.
